Exploring the minds of children is a gift. I cherish this gift and am grateful to be in a field where I can be of service to children who need direction. I value each child and realize that every child learns differently. My job as a teacher/tutor is to connect with each mind and balance the flow between the right and left side of the brain.
The right and left side of the brain operate with different modalities. A child must learn which side he or she favors and then find the best way to implement the weaknesses from the other side.
Below is a simple description of how the right and left side of the brain functions.
